Join the Ghost Stories Ink crew at the historic Grant House Hotel for an unforgettable weekend, just before Halloween! We’ll kick off the fun with a costume party on Friday night. Dance the night away with friends – some old, some new, and maybe a few ghostly guys and gals from a time long ago. You never know who might show up at a party in a haunted hotel.
On Saturday, get ready to immerse yourself in our brand-new art and writing workshops, designed to ignite your creativity and deepen your connection with the unknown. Let the inspiration of this historic location ignite your creative spark.
Saturday night, we’ll embark on a paranormal investigation at this intriguing new location. With 120 years of history, it’s hard to predict which spirits we might encounter. But in a location with this much history, it’s safe to say that the past and present are bound to connect.
Above all, we will gather together with like-minded, curiosity seekers, and know that we are part of a community where we are welcomed just as we are, and supported as we do brave things, whether it’s trying something new with art or writing or walking into a dark room with nothing but a flashlight and a K2 meter.
Space at this hotel is extremely limited. We will offer a limited number of VIP (all access) tickets (until all rooms are full). Only VIP ticket holders can stay at the hotel. All other activities can be purchased a la carte, with a limited number of each available to allow us to keep our group sizes small enough to make sure everyone has the best experience possible.
Itinerary
- Friday: Costume Party – 7:00 pm to Midnight
- Saturday: Writing Workshop – “Beyond Imagination: Crafting Short Stories with a Supernatural Edge” – 10:00 am – noon
- Saturday: Art Workshop – “Supernatural Brushwork: A Guided Painting Experience” – 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm.
- Saturday: Ghost Hunting 101 and Paranormal Investigation – 8:00 pm – midnight.
- Sunday: Check out by 11:00 am.
Hotel rooms are NOT Included in the ticket price and must be reserved through the hotel on your own. A password/phrase is required to reserve a room. That phrase along with the contact information for the hotel will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your VIP ticket purchase.
All VIP ticket holders who rent a hotel room both Friday and Saturday night can stay for FREE Thursday night.
